South Coast Sand and Civil based in Victor Harbor extends its construction crews all over the Fleurieu Peninsula, Southern Adelaide and into the Mt lofty Ranges. South Coast Sand & Civil undertake many and varied small to medium sized jobs using its building works team. These jobs include house pads, block levelling and demolition. The gang utilizes wheel loaders, bobcats, trucks, mini diggers and various other plant to undertake projects that require a high level of accuracy and timeliness. We contract for site works and clean up for a number of project home providers, demolition, dam lining, lot fill to level 1 and car park construction. This gang has developed specialty skills with works associated with dredging and marina de-silting undertaken on a regular basis. Our contracts teams have constructed Residential Marinas and Subdivisions at Wellington, Strathalbyn, Goolwa, Middleton, Port Elliot, Victor Harbor and Normanville.
